This place is run by people who ride bikes/mountain bikes, that is obvious from the moment you get to the door (ok, and the name!). But it's a perfect place for any travellers. It's newly built, everything is of a very high standard - excellent rooms and ensuite shower rooms. There is a local restaurant next door or the town of Massa Marittima a few minutes up the road. For the riders there are excellent bike facilities - secure indoor bike storage, bike workshop area, bike wash area outside. The guys who run it are all bikers so can help with advice for riding etc. And there is a bike workshop and service centre next door. A perfect location for exploring and riding the many trails in the area. Excellent internet, downstairs communal chill out area with huge TV and beer fridge (soft drinks also available!).

Very basic accommodation, but so welcoming and tranquil. Nice views from my window to the garden of the convent and the valley. Very reach breakfast. I felt weird at first as a muslim to be hosted in a convent, but all my doubts disappeared immediately as the father to make the formalities of registration welcomed me so warmly

A very well located hotel with superb views of the sea and countryside from our large balcony. The staff were great- always friendly and helpful. There was no charge for the pool which was a great place to relax after seeing the town ( 10 minutes walk). We loved Massa Maritima !

The property is very well kept, the garden is so lush and with the lookouts towards the hills offers great views. It is close to some very pretty small tuscan towns like Massa Marittima and 20 minutes from the seaside. It’s extremely clean, and the host is very helpful and available for all the needs and recommendations. We had a great stay! Highly recommended!
