We loved staying here! The hosts, Sara and Filippo, are lovely and always available for questions and tips. We spent most days relaxing in the outside areas or around the pool. The location is also perfect to explore the cities around, such as Pisa, Firenze, Lucca. We had the best time and will hopefully be back one day :)

Alll perfect!!! I went in low season so they checked me in early… was super nice from them. I had a good discount on the Thermal Walter when I mentioned that o was staying in the hotel. The room is like “vintage or old school” lovely felt like a princess …. I was in the room with view to the square, lovely! The room & bathroom was super clean and big Super quiet I slept super well…… I honestly loved everything the staff was absolutely FABULOUS…. A great warm welcome from them. Ahhh continental breakfast inclusive a lot of options and an amazing cappuccino made from the lady on breakfast area. I definitely recommend…. Feels like to immerse myself in Italian culture, as it's not a city that's frequently visited by foreign tourists... however, everyone at the hotel and outside was extremely kind.

The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even though we arrived late, hot, and tired. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic - including gluten free options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The decor was interesting and unique.

We had a long day and arrived quite late. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep. The location was walking distance from the train station and close to the town center. Breakfast the next morning was a plus. We will definitely stay there again when in this area.

We stopped at this hotel on our way from Pisa to Rome. Although I've stayed at places that cost 10 times more than this hotel, I've never stayed in such a beautiful hotel room. All kinds of cleaning kits were available free of charge. The hotel was truly perfect with everything. I recommend it to everyone. It's a great place.
