Really atmospheric place with nice views and spacious rustic rooms. We have not met the owners during our stay but felt very welcome nonetheless, thanks for little niceties like restaurant recommendations by mail, small breakfast basket and detailed video on checking in process )) We liked every moment of it, so a 10.

From the photos you cannot feel the reality, which is beyond any expectations. Beautiful estate owned by well known Martini company/ family. Staff, appartment with both, shower and solitary bath, breakfast (not rich but sufficient). Swimming pool with bar and servant who was so helpful and nice to us. On Friday evening we spent in their restaurant (more expensive but so tasty) and lately listening to live music in the lobby bar. We definitely want to come back at earliest possible.

Very clean, amazing view, calm and beautiful! And the staff is just incredible! If you want a perfect retreat with a view on Tuscan hills, but still close enough to visit Florence, Pisa then this is the right spot!

The location was excellen a tranquil and peaceful experience. The villa is located In the Tuscan countryside surrounded by beautiful nature .The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was very nice and tasty so was the restaurant the room was very nice and spacious overall a great experience. We will definitely come back again.

If you want to step back in time with a relaxing atmosphere, this place is for you , as long as you don't expect a five-star experience, the views are a 10 , the building is rustic with its old charm . The rooms are large with beautiful views from the windows , the beds could do with an upgrade but it's better not to be too fussy as the Tuscan hills and the views make up for the sleeping conditions. We really loved the service from the staff , especially Silvia working in the morning , Thank you, Silvia .we highly recommend staying in Patina Hotel , for the best time in Italy 🇮🇹. Thank you to all the staff , you were amazing and made us feel at home . Grazie mille ❤️

It was so tranquil and quiet car essential but Anna Laura and her staff made our stay so pleasant going over and beyond what you expected of there duties nothing was to much for them if you want a quiet peaceful holiday this is just the place,highly recommended by myself and my family which was 3 generations
