The best guesthouse I've ever stayed in, and probably will ever stay in! Grazia and Oscar are the perfect hosts, we shared so many laughs, unbelievably good Tuscan food and greatly enjoyed our chats. We loved being around the cats, Emy the dog and Spin the horse too. The gardens were incredibly beautiful and the farmhouse has been lovingly and authentically restored. It was perfect. We can't thank Grazia and Oscar enough... an unforgettable experience staying with them. I wish we could stay every year.

There are so many wonderful things here. Walking through the gate feels like entering a castle, and the owner is a very beautiful hairdresser, so the shampoo is always the best quality! The pillows are of the highest quality. The elegance comes from every small detail, and this room deserves a perfect 10 in every aspect. I would love to book another stay, but unfortunately, it's fully booked for the next two weeks on Booking!

The house was so beautiful and everything was so clean, smelled so good and was so soft, like the towels and bathrobe. The host was the best. She was so sweet and gave us a feeling like we came home. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of homemade dishes. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves here and will remeber this house and the host forever. It was one of our highlights from our magical trip to Tuscany.

A great value! Accommodations are light, bright, clean and comfortable. AC worked really well even in a heatwave during August. Breakfast was plentiful! Free parking on site. Owners are kind and accommodating. Great place to stay if you are touring Tuscany. It was the perfect location to stay the night after spending the entire day in Montalcino and make it easy to get to Cortona in the morning.

Lovely place and people. The house has a lot of character and the room is comfortable, of good standard (including great mattress) and spacious. We stayed for two days and had among the best breakfasts of my life. The owners are so lovely, welcoming and generous. Amazing hosts. The house is situated close to the train station which was very convenient for us.

Sinalunga , the apartment is wonderfully situated, the house is surrounded by a large yard with a beautiful view. The owners are very nice. The apartment has everything necessary. Clean swimming pool with sunbeds, by the olives trees, when you swim you can enjoy the views. The homemade oil of olives in the appartment was a nice suprice. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous location just outside Sinalunga so we felt like we were in the Italian countryside and yet only 8 minutes drive into town. Definitely need a car! The owners were so very welcoming. And there is A/C which isn’t always the case.

I like that it was possible to book the hotel the same night. We did a road trip abd did not plan to stay in this town. The room was clean, all the necessary things were there. So 1 night stay is really a good decision.
