Wonderful house with amazing friendly dogs and an even friendlier owner in a peaceful residential area. The room was cozy, in good shape, and perfectly clean. The host, who lives in the same house on a lower floor, was so nice! She even prepared us a cake for breakfast, especially catering to our dietary restrictions. Easy parking in front of the house.

The receptionist on the day of my arrival was beyond nice and professional. The hotel itself is very close to the city center, it’s clean. It has its own parking places, though it’s limited, but around it you can find free places to park.

The hotel room was very clean and nice, extremely big and spacious with beautiful furniture. Very good value for the price, lookes exactly loke on the photos. The bathroom was new and clean, also pretty big, some hotel rooms are smaller than the bathroom here. The staff was very nice and helpful. Free Wifi works perfectly. The breakfast was good with continental options and local pastries. The location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but this is obvious from the map. It only makes sense to come here by car. The next door restaurant is very good, popular in the area.

We got a nice big and modern family room with a big bathroom. The bed and the sofa were comfortable. The receptionists were really friendly. As we felt a bit cold in the room, the stuff was helpful and gave us blankets for the night, as the heating was already off in late April. There is also a free garage which is convenient if you arrive with a car. There is a lot of choice for breakfast, maybe some vegetables could be added. Otherwise I can just recommend this hotel.

Location is in a rather quiet area, a convenient 30 minutes by car away from Modena centre. There is ample parking and a supermarket just next to hotel. Room is comfortable, and a very good breakfast is served.

decent accommodation close to Modena where we wanted to visit Ferrari museum. Good place and hotel for staying overnight, helpful staff. Surprisingly good breakfast.
