A nice family-run hotel with a friendly and attentive host. The room was very clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. The parking was convenient and free. We enjoyed many delicious meals in the cosy restaurant and loved the view of the mountains. Thank you for a lovely, restful stay.

This hotel is new, beautiful and very comfortable! Bed comfy, bathroom outstanding - coffee, fridge & all that you need! Location is excellent - walking distance to many restaurants and ferry stop. Staff are amazing - friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. Free parking was great!

An exceptional family-run hotel where three generations work together to provide the kind of genuine hospitality that’s becoming increasingly rare. We arrived after our motorcycle wouldn’t start while we were an hour away from the hotel and urgently needed a car for a two-hour round trip. Within minutes of our arrival, the owner simply handed us the keys to his car. That level of trust and generosity says everything about this place. The hotel offers outstanding value for money. It’s easy to find on main road, yet with windows and shutters closed, it’s wonderfully quiet. Our room and bathroom were both generously sized, with beautiful mountain views. We slept exceptionally well on a very comfortable bed (something I rarely do), and, ( in spite of my fears) didn’t see a single mosquito during our six-night stay. Breakfast is generous and included, with freshly cooked eggs available on request. The restaurant is another real highlight—the tuna steak was excellent. Every time we ate there, there were local people dining as well, which is always a great sign of authentic, high-quality food at fair prices. A perfect base for exploring Como lake by motorcycle, with exceptional hospitality, great food, comfortable accommodation and unbeatable value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of character and we had such a lovely time. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, stylish and light with a view over the garden. The staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating to our needs. The food is incredible, both the evening meal and breakfast, which is a cold buffet with hot food cooked to order included in the price. We were given such a warm welcome and a packet of biscuits as a souvenir! Colico itself is such a little known and beautiful place with walks nearby and views of both the lake and snow capped mountains. Thank you so much. We would love to come again!

Small, cozy and quiet hotel in the city center. Close to shops, restaurants and the lake. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Great service from all the staff. I will definitely come back again.
