The staff were very helpful, collecting our luggage and delivery to room. The restaurant served an excellent meal, thanks to Gianni and Berto made changes to accomodate a disability.

We stayed from January 14th to 17th and genuinely enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location is great — close to the ski slopes. The SPA area was a highlight for us: Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sauna and bio sauna, all clean and pleasant. We also liked the bar — cozy atmosphere and a nice selection of drinks. Breakfast was good and we left well fed. The variety could be slightly broader, but it absolutely did the job. We appreciated that the hotel prepared takeaway breakfast for us on the last morning since we had to leave early — very thoughtful. We’d happily stay again.

Lovingly furnished and modern rooms with cottage charm. Very nice host who goes out of his way and offers great service. I enjoyed the night, slept very well, taken a great shower and enjoyed the very tasty breakfast. Perfect!
