Very stylish and modern hotel with large room and bathroom. We contacted the property to ask for the electric charging station and the owner sent me a video to see them. We were impressed by the nice furniture and decoration of the hotel and the room. Highly recommended for anyone travelling with electric cars and seeking a nice place to stay and enjoy comfort. We were also offered a coffee on the way out in the morning which was very nice.

The room was simple but very functional, it had everything we needed. The bed is huge and very comfy. The place has a restaurant downstairs with a perfect Italian breakfast. Loved it. In Verdello, about 8 min from the hotel, there is a direct train to Milan. Super handy!

First of all the staff, professional, very helpful friendly, excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, we had outside of the room fresh water for free, the furnitures was really good Quality. There was free parking where on the night there is closed door and you feel safe about your car. We had dinner on the restaurant and the food was great but the service was excellent, the mister where served us was unbelievable good. The next time where we will be on Bergamo we will stay again in Mercure Hotel for sure.

Great accommodation, 5 minutes from motorway, next to shopping mall, Leoland, McDonald's and with big car park. Huge easy access elevator to the hotel floor. Top: Very comfy king sized bedding, great en-suite bathroom with strong and hot shower and all amenities you need for a good night's sleep including AC. Very fast and stable wifi, big TV screen and refrigerator, free hot beverages in the lobby with very good coffee choices and also a vending machine. The breakfast was 5 stars+, fresh, tasty, rich and a big variety of sweet and salty choises of great quality. The best was the staff: Very welcoming, always smiling and available, let's say customer service at its best. Absolutely recommended, also for an overnight sleep over for an early morning flight out of Milan Bergamo airport which is 10 minutes by car.
