The place is like you're in heaven. Brings you to another atmosphere. Everything you need is there - parking, pool, wi-fi, and restaurant with amazing food for dinner. It is within walking distance from the port and the lake. Perfect place, I would book again if going there.

Very nice location, great views on the lake. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the best was the team working there they went well above and beyond what could be expected. The garden around the hotel is lovely and relaxing.

Excellent food, great staff, spectacular location

Perfect position on Lake Iseo. The best Hotel we have stayed in on the Lakes. The restaurant was first class and the restaurant manager Fay was so professional and his knowledge of the wines was very impressive. The reception staff were so accomodating and organised tours to the Bellini Nautical Riva Collection. A highlight for my husband. Having the bikes was a bonus we rode all the way to Sarnico

Fantastic value for money positioned overlooking the lake

Right off the bat it's a gorgeous place in a very quiet and lovely town with great scenery. Everybody here was very nice and hospitable. Originally I was only looking for a place for the night on my way up north after landing in the evening. Honestly this completely exceeded my expectations and if I come back to the area I'll definitely stay here again. Even the breakfast in the morning was a very nice touch before hitting the road.

The hotel has an ideal location by the lake where you can swim. The station with boats that go to the island of Monte Isola and other places by the lake is only a 1-minute walk away, the train station is a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is self-service, an excellent selection of food (fresh fruit, a large selection of cheeses, cold meats, homemade cakes), a good machine for coffee, tea, juices,... During the day, they offer you several types of cocktails.

Honestly, we liked absolutely everything. Two things stood out. Firstly, the setting is beautiful and the hotel has done a brilliant job of allowing guests to enjoy that to the full. Secondly, and more importantly, the staff are outstanding: seemingly enjoying their work; attentive, but not in your face all the time; knowledgeable; kind; welcoming. This is currently a very special place. I sincerely hope that no one decides to “improve” it.

Very good hotel with excellent friendly staff. Very close to town 5 min walk to the lake and centre of town.

A squeaky clean room and outstanding staff. Also really nice breakfast. Hotel itself is located very good strategically — near the main road but not in touristy location. Not too far from the town center and the lake. Neibhourhood is quite calm and you don’t really hear cars on the road (at least in our room).

Amazing views from the room. The rooms are fully insect screened, even a sliding screen door on to the deck. Great location, walking to dinner, train and ferry. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The À la carte breakfast is excellent. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
