I was very fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade from the kind gentleman at reception, and what a lovely and huge room, with the best (colourful) spa bath that I've ever experienced. The bed was comfortable, the area was very quiet, and the continental breakfast was fantastic! Wonderful coffee, with an exceptional variety of delicious croissants. If you're considering staying close to the airport, this hotel/motel is just perfect.

Everything was perfect at the hotel! The room was impeccably clean with a huge bed and a fantastic bathroom with all amenities. There was a big walk in closet where we found the safe and the hairdryer. The heat was on, which was great since we arrived on a cold rainy afternoon!! Even though our check out time was long before breakfast started we were allowed to have breakfast earlier! Everything was freshly baked and both savouries and sweets were in great variety (make sure you try the homemade jams)! Perfect choice and highly recommended!!

The accommodation was very clean, and the reception staff were very helpful during my stay there

A great place to stay when you want to be close to the airport. Staff are very helpful. Airport shuttle service is great. We had a free day so we walked to Oleggio Station and caught the 20 min train to Arona, Lake Maggiore. Beautiful!

Best hotel near Malpensa Airport

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly.

Excellent service and available shuttle services 24 hours

Brand new hotel!! Exquisitely designed, great restaurant, perfect location. Everything was just 10/10. Absolutely exceeded our expectations!

I like the early breakfast time and the airport transfer.

The customer service, both at the reception and the restaurant, is very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, well maintained and room size was just enough. Close to the airport with 24/7 free transfer. Definitely worth recommending, especially for a stay right after landing or just before the flight and for several nights if needed as well.

I booked my staying at the hotel after my return flight home was cancelled at 10pm on a Friday. I picked this hotel because it was fairly close to Malpensa Airport and it didn't disappoint me. Staff was lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Food at the restaurant was great too. I ended up expending two nights there and was really pleased.

What a find! Definitely recommend

Sheraton is magnificent, as always. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff is top-notch. I recommend it to anyone who values comfort.

it is near to airport. 5 min walk to bus stop and airport bus is there

Lovely hotel very close to the airport and situated in a beautiful village! The staff were friendly and helpful! Excellent stay!!

We needed an overnight airport stay in Milan due to a late arriving flight, followed by an early flight out to our next destination the next morning. 2 families of 4.... staff on reception were super friendly with the kids, and the family rooms were a 30 second walk from the reception, on the ground floor. The hotel bar, serving meals till 10:00pm was also right there, so it was all super convenient for our group with fast check in, dropping our bags in the rooms, and being able to order drinks and dinner all within minutes. It's less than a five minute walk across the road from terminal 2. We stayed again a week later, when doing our trip in reverse. I thought the family rooms were amazing value compared to other hotels we have stayed at.

Location, transfer service. But, above all, the service from all the staff was perfect.

Very helpful receptionists, convient airport transportation ~

Great hotel! It was a comfy surprise before going to the airport. I´d strongly recommend it!

Great hotel convenient for Milan Airport but far enough away to not know there is an Airport there. Ideal 1st night after a long haul flight.
