Breakfast was great! The breakfast staff were fantastic and the espresso was perfect. The location was in the center of Voterra "old town". The room was plenty big, more like a suite. Plus the rooftop cafe was very convenient and useful. As hotel guests, the cafe staff were happy to cork our bottle and provide us with a plate and silverware for the wine, cheese, and meats that we bought at the food and wine festival (VolterraGusto 2023).

the hotel rooms are recently renovated and mine had everything you need, the room was super spacious, clean and equipped with a little fridge (with sodas and water included in the room price), and even shampoo and conditioners. there was also a kettle and various kind of tea. I previously told the hotel staff that i was vegan so they made me delicious vegan crostata with jam and they have plant based milk and additional vegan sweets, and vegan nutella. Lorella is super nice and make you feel like home.

Hello, we were very satisfied at the hotel. The attitude of the owners was great, clean rooms, excellent food, pleasant interior and outdoor pool. The owner of the facility was also very helpful with questions about the possibility of trips and monuments in the area. He was also well prepared in terms of maps, brochures and practical advice. The stay was perfect, so I can warmly recommend it.

Great place for a visit in Volterra. We had such warm days so the pool area was nice to have. Maybe some more furniture could be added to the outdoor area, otherwise nice hotel, and really friendly and helpful staff!

The happy and helpful staff...offering even to carry our bags....having a drink there before going to a wonderful restaurant within a few minutes walk. The excellent breakfast with such a variety of locally sourced food. We had a car so the parking there too was a bonus. Congrats Max and Stefan for a well run and very clean establishment.
