Nice place and nice staff. Had a good time and service.

Spacious, clean room and bathroom, lovely staff and location. Couple minutes walk to the lake with stunning fews. Breakfast simple but nice. We love the sound of stream outside when left balcony door opened. In overall very nice location and we and our toddler enjoyed it.

Mattia and his sister provided perfect service, attending to every detail with genuine care. The facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for our family vacation. The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the car, they helped us call a taxi etc. The breakfast was beyond expectations and we were really looked after.

This hotel is new, beautiful and very comfortable! Bed comfy, bathroom outstanding - coffee, fridge & all that you need! Location is excellent - walking distance to many restaurants and ferry stop. Staff are amazing - friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. Free parking was great!

Very friendly host, newly opened house in the center of the authentic village of Traona and very nice rooms! We found a safe place for our bikes in the house and enjoyed a typical dinner in a small restaurant in the neighbourhood which our host was advising us. After a rich breakfast we were well prepared for the last stage of our bike tour. We enjoyed our short stay very much!

Everything was clean. Good location. The hotel staff was polite and even helped us with charging our electric car.
