Secure parking. The bedroom and bathroom are both large and very clean. Lots of towels. The rooms is bright and the area very quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a snack, even comes with freshly baked croissants. There is a great Pizza place in 10 minute walking distance. Great to explore location to explore Lake Como.

They have a premium guest floor. On that floor the rooms and bathrooms are larger. Much larger than what we would expect from IBIS. Personnel at reception is very friendly and speaks several languages. (German, Spanish, french). Rooms are well isolated. No noise from the corridor. Hotel has many parking places and parking is free.

Nice spacious clean neat rooms, big bathrooms with bathtab, good light blocking curtains, big free parking, great breakfast and nice QR instructions for WiFi and services.

Very nice price, it's not easy to find such an economic individual room with a fine bed and private shower. All good and flexible, and actually a lovely place for a simple stay.

Even though it's a 3 star hotel it felt like a 5 star hotel. Staff was extremely friendly, happy and most helpful. Rooms were clean, had air-con and were spacious. Big selection of continental breakfast including some very delicious home made cakes. We definitely would come again. They even helped and called a mechanic for us when we had problems with our family van. Grazie mille Lucia!

Great value for money, exceptionally clean rooms, high level of service - our rooms were even cleaned twice one day. Nice and quiet, plenty of room by the pool for everyone.

The room was great! Comfy with lots of nice extra details and the shower just amazing:) Very friendly staff. The breakfast was very tasty. Everything was perfect! One of the hotels that we are very sad to leave but definitely will go back.

Perfect rooms for when you're traveling with your dog. You can also enjoy morning walks around the fields with them. They now offer breakfast and dinner, which is great!

Large bedroom with comfortable beds. Large bathroom with plenty of towels. The garden was good. Plenty of coffee and tea was prepared. Much better than we expected.

Wonderful hotel: great location, excellent staff, amazing breakfast, stunning view. Will be happy to return.

Free coffees and Aircon!! Camping in 38 degrees was not a good idea and this place saved us! Booked and checked in within 12hrs.

Hôtel was perfect, personal garage under my room with my own lift to it was brilliant to keep my motor bike safe, staff were all perfect

Everything was very good! Easy to get in, easy to find, super close to the station! We will come back for sure!
