The hotel and it's staff were fantastic. The rooms were clean, the breakfast had plenty of choice, including bacon and scrambled eggs along with a full continental selection. There were great restaurants close by as well as a small ish shopping mall with a supermarket.

Basic accommodation in the old city. Large comfortable room with vey comfortable bed. Very quiet except occasional sound of water running. Free parking a little tricky to find. You need to follow their instructions implicitly. The GPS point mentioned is about 500 meters from the parking. From there follow written instructions provided.

A very nice hotel with a lovely inner courtyard. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast generous.

The staff were exceptional. The reception staff were able to source taxis to take us to our destination and also bring us back to the hotel. Breakfast staff brought their own cooked cakes in for us to enjoy. A real gem of a hotel.

I'd like to give to hotel owner Vincenzo - rate 11 from 10 ! Best hotel by "value for money" in our trip over Italy. Nice, clean comfortable room, perfect location, easy and close parking.

Great Staff! They were very accomodating and always helpful. Superb location and facilities. We enjoyed the outdoor terrace while have coffee. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfy. Housekeeping keeps up with this property!

The location is super central - you can walk everywhere. No need to have a car but if you do there's some parking and although my car was too large for the tiny old streets, I was able to leave it in the local piazza. I am a solo female traveller and I felt very safe.

Facilities were excellent, lots of pools to choose from. Friendly staff brought us a fan cause Airconditioning wasn’t allowed to be used.

The breakfast was sparse, the scrambled egg was congealed. Clean towels each day. Large comfortable bed.

All facilities were of a high standard from food to service and the pool was available even though late April.

This hotel gives you access to the famous thermal pools right next door, so it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Comfortable, well-equipped and convenient for walking the Francigena and good restaurants nearby.
