First, great location, more or less than 5 minutes away from the Tozai line, Kikusui station, which is located underneath a max value supermarket, easy for local shopping. Convenient store just across the street for a midnight or any time cravings or need. The hotel itself is comfortable, I booked a room in their new building next to the main building, very clean, the digital door is convenient for easy access. The staff were nice, I was there for a business trip, and needed to iron my clothes, they were very kind to lend me the iron with a board for my whole stay! Requested a full room service since I had a long stay, and it was excellent. They have in-building coin laundry and dryer, so useful for a long stay in this summer heat and humidity. Too bad, I was too busy, didnt get the chance to have breakfast or dine in their cafe, but it looked very cozy. Check-in and check out was made easy too. Overall it was a nice stay, definitely recommending this place, not only here but also to friends and family who plan to come to Sapporo.

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

We like the parking spaces. They are very convenient for tourists with their rented cars.

Very friendly staff (though English is a bit challenging), great location next to a park and only two train stations to the center, breakfast for 500 yen with great value-for-money.

Quality of hotel- large reception, big comfortable rooms and bath. Location- very short walk from nearest subway station and also right opposite to Nakajima park. Lovely staff . Amazing housekeeping on daily basis.

The room was spacious, you can put your luggage under the bed.

Everything is perfect. The hotel provided many thoughtful services and facilities. The hot spring and sauna were the best indulgence in winter, while the outdoor campfire offered fun, along with roasting marshmallows, creating wonderful bedtime memories for the kids. We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year's Eve and the Lunar New Year here. The in-room chef service was fantastic, with delicious and creative dishes made right in front of us. Watching the chef cook while spending time in the cozy cabin in the snow created unforgettable memories.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years and remain loyal to it. Located outside the city center but conveniently on the way to Chitose Airport, it’s ideal for travelers. The rooms are spacious, simple yet elegant, with a charming old-fashioned touch. The bathrooms are also spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The layout and design of the rooms make them a very comfortable place to stay. Recently, the hotel has added new amenities, including a gym/sauna and a lounge. While I didn’t use the gym/sauna, the lounge stood out as a pleasant space to work or relax with a coffee or a beer, making a noticeable difference. The bar also remains a strong point, offering a good menu and excellent service from a professional bartender. This hotel provides excellent value for its price and is well-suited for short stays
