We had a spacious room with a fantastic view over Sapporo und a huge bed. The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Shin Sapporo station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Loved that this connected to the shopping centre and the railway indoors - we went in winter and it was snowing The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had sent our luggage to the wrong hotel of a similar name and they helped us with the transport. Loved how big the window of the room was and the facilities in the lobby My partner LOVED the onsen - he was a bit hesitant at first since he's not used to bathing naked with other people but he told me everyone goes about their business like you're not there so he got over it and enjoyed himself

Super hip hotel with lots of thoughtful details. They even have a coffee grinder in the room and a small bag of whole coffee beans to make your own filter coffee (espresso lovers need to go to the coffee shop on the ground floor, though). The private sauna that can be rented separately completed a very comfortable stay.

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

We like the parking spaces. They are very convenient for tourists with their rented cars.

Very good breakfast for additional price. Eatable for foreigners and even vegetarians. Staff speak English and helped us with trains and other touristic info. There are maps in the hotel! There are washing and drying machines. The room is not small.

The room was spacious, you can put your luggage under the bed.

Considering the prices at restaurants around the hotel, breakfast was very satisfying. Location is very good - there was a park right in front.

Beautifully designed and clean. Very close to key sights in Sapporo like the riger and nakajima park.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and it’s still the best. It offers excellent buffets across three different restaurants and is conveniently close to the subway and the airport shuttle bus stop

Everything is perfect. The hotel provided many thoughtful services and facilities. The hot spring and sauna were the best indulgence in winter, while the outdoor campfire offered fun, along with roasting marshmallows, creating wonderful bedtime memories for the kids. We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year's Eve and the Lunar New Year here. The in-room chef service was fantastic, with delicious and creative dishes made right in front of us. Watching the chef cook while spending time in the cozy cabin in the snow created unforgettable memories.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years and remain loyal to it. Located outside the city center but conveniently on the way to Chitose Airport, it’s ideal for travelers. The rooms are spacious, simple yet elegant, with a charming old-fashioned touch. The bathrooms are also spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The layout and design of the rooms make them a very comfortable place to stay. Recently, the hotel has added new amenities, including a gym/sauna and a lounge. While I didn’t use the gym/sauna, the lounge stood out as a pleasant space to work or relax with a coffee or a beer, making a noticeable difference. The bar also remains a strong point, offering a good menu and excellent service from a professional bartender. This hotel provides excellent value for its price and is well-suited for short stays
