The location is in ebetsu but it is a really great place to stay especially if you're travelling in a large group! We had such a great time and the owner was so accommodating and kind as we were running late because of the snow． 本当にありがとうございました！お世話になりました。

Instead of staying near Sapporo station, we chose to stay at Hotel Emisia Sapporo near Shin-Sapporo station. It has direct access from New Chitose Airport without being too busy like Sapporo Station. The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Shin-Sapporo Station. We had a lot of luggages so it was easy to transport them to the hotel. We also liked the amenities. We flew to Sapporo so it was perfect for us that we do not have to bring toiletries.

Loved that this connected to the shopping centre and the railway indoors - we went in winter and it was snowing The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had sent our luggage to the wrong hotel of a similar name and they helped us with the transport. Loved how big the window of the room was and the facilities in the lobby My partner LOVED the onsen - he was a bit hesitant at first since he's not used to bathing naked with other people but he told me everyone goes about their business like you're not there so he got over it and enjoyed himself

The modern yet traditional design. The entire space was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly even though we don’t speak japanese. The amenities of the public bath was also perfect. Went together with my parents and they enjoyed the stay absolutely. Will recommend everyone to stay here!

Best location - close from Odori/Susukino subway station, bus stop, airport limusine, department stores, convenience store, TV tower, Odori park, just anything you would want. Friendly staff - helpful, informative, quick. Free coffee at the lobby every day. Great view - in my room on the 13th floor we could see the tv tower & nice view of the city. Clean & warm & quiet room There’s nothing more I can ask to a hotel. It is just the best you can get especially for this price, highly highly recommend
