Location, very near Kawaguchiko train station and famous Lawson. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenience stores round the corner. Able to see Mt Fuji from ground level room too.

The staff was super helpful we went on a wrong branch of HAOSTAY in kawaguchiko but the staff their drop us off in their hotel private taxi on her own highly recommended

everything, the view of Mt Fuji from the window of the room and from the onsen was amazing

Gives you fuji view directly...a calm cozy placr

The staff always smile and provide help when needed. The hotel is clean and tidy, suitable for solo travelers. I will visit again if I have the chance. :)

The location was great, a view of the lake and if lucky enough... Mt. Fuji! The onsen was very traditional and was a bonus after a long day. You also get a japanese breakfast which was a surprise.

Location and excellent customers service. Breakfast and Dinner very nice.

The coolest part was waking up and seeing mt fuji in all of its glory

The view was incredible! I could see Mount Fuji from my bed!

Awesome hotel and its surroundings. Great location. Beside Kawaguchiko lake. Kawaguchiko Red-line sightseeing bus stands in front of the hotel. walking distance to the rope-way entrance. Room was superb. spacious and very clean. Staffs were super friendly, very helpful and caring in nature. Breakfast was delicious and so many items in buffet. They have free shuttle for Kawaguchiko bus station.

The views from my room, restaurant and sky bar were amazing. I was lucky that Mount Fuji was clearly visible throughout my stay. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were well-equipped - a nice set of toiletries, and I loved the hair dryer The onsen was lovely. Both the indoor and outdoor baths had a view of the lake and Mount Fuji. There was also a steam room. I had the shabu-shabu dinner twice which was good once I got the hang of what to do. It was also nice to get a free drink ticket for every day of my stay too. The hotel has a number of electric bikes which you can use free of charge. I hired one for the day and rode round two local lakes and visited a couple of sites - more reliable than the local tourist buses! This was the best hotel I stayed in in Japan. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very big and modern. The dinner was excellent and also the breakfast

Nicely designed, very bog rooms, clean and all facilitis we could ask for

The food at the buffet was excellent, the staff were excellent and professional, I had a message at the spa and it was also excellent. The view from the rooms were amazing and I loved the traditional feel/tea room in our hotel room. The location on the lake was beautiful and serene and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Overall, I thought the stay was exceptional and I really enjoyed my visit.

Room is spacious and very clean and has excellent amenities. Breakfast offering and its delivery at the room's doorstep provided a different dining experience. Staff are courteous. Backyard patio provides a view of Mt. Fuji. Proximity of the villa is within walking distance to the station. Highly recommend.

Amazing views of the lake and Mt. Fuji, along with great hospitality. You can really feel the care and love that the staff put into making your stay special. The gym could be cleaned a little more thoroughly, but the equipment is brand new!

I really loved the overall look of the hotel. Everything was clean, sleek, and bright. You get a great centered view of Mt. Fuji. There are a few small buildings that make the view less clear, but that is to be expected. The patio includes chairs, so you can admire the view. I woke up and watched the sunrise on Mt. Fuji. Absolutely breathtaking. We wanted to see a bit more of the area and the hotel staff allowed us to leave our bags after check out while we explored. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the station and just a quick taxi ride. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A walkable 20 mins from the station, the biggest room I've seen in Japan, very spacious and comfortable, staff was kind enough to receive our luggage before check-in.

Great location and lovely staff.

Good size room (for Japan Standard) Convenience Store 5 Minutes Walk of the property
