The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were lovely and the view incredible. The breakfast was buffet style with western and japanese dishes so easy to find something to eat. The public onsen was lovely, not busy and open for many hours.

Shuttle bus was very convenient to have. The location is on the sightseeing bus route with the stop right in front of the hotel. Love the onsen n the massage pool. Full view of mt Fuji from the restaurant and there is an observatory for viewing mt Fuji too.

The room was lovely and the view amazing! We had a private onsen with view of Mountain Fuji, which it was unbelievable! Lovely stay! Shuttle services really useful with luggage. Great service. Thank you soo much.

Everything! Although maybe they should offer variety of choices for dinner.

The breakfast has a nice spread of western and japanese cuisine. The onsen is also clean and tidy. The dining area has a nice view of mount fuji and lake kawaguchiko.

Convenient to travel from Kawaguchiko Station. The complementary shuttle service made traveling to and fro the hotel very convenient. The in-room hot spring bath was wonderful and relaxing. Great for travelers who wants some privacy or not comfortable to use the public onsen. The view of the lake from the room and bath was stunning. Was a pity did not manage to get a room with the Mount Fuji view. But we had a great view of Mount Fuji at the restaurant during breakfast. Specially want to thank the hotel great service and thoughtful arrangement towards our dinner. We didn’t know that the hotel will be serving beef for dinner until we checked in. Once we informed the hotel, they quickly adjusted the menu for the members of our group who do not eat beef due to religious purposes and we all had an enjoyable dinner. Thank you so much Fuji Lake hotel! Kudos to the great service.

The food, onsen, views and hospitality of the Fuji Lake Hotel was excellent. Do spend a few days at the hotel and around Mt. Fuji

Location is very well placed, nearby the lake and walking distance to the station. We have really enjoyed as well the style of this hotel.

The breakfast and dinner included in the room rate were excellent. The service staff were very nice.
