Well, this hotel is a piece of art, its design is outstanding! We loved the look outside, we appreciated the entrance, we admired the small lobby and we enjoyed the room for dinner (and breakfast). A paradise for aesthetes. Really! And the best: Using the buffet is somehow for free. If you stay in the hotel, you can for example have dinner there - it's included. And the food is great, the breakfast delicious! And the rooms and the location are also very good. (We were so unhappy that we had to leave earlier because of typhoon Shanshan... and btw we are still waiting for a confirmation of the hotel that we had to leave earlier as foreseen for our insurance.)

I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.

The view and decoration for the room and hotel space are really amazing. The lobby and space for dining are beautiful. I believe the designer for the room tried to make the best room for clients, including the place for in-room Bluetooth audio, which is well calculated for sound reflection.

definitely one of most unique stays we had and one of the most exceptional one too. It was like from a movie. There is no reception but the staff is always there to help with anything, they have the highest standard of service and ethics - any question or need would be resolved in minutes, exceptional quality of everything that was in the room and great snacks and drinks all included with your stay. We really loved our stay despite the location been a bit distant from the city, people working at the hotel and everything in it helped us not to notice the distance and enjoy our time there. Highly recommend.

Very nice and cosy hotel surrounded by vegetation. Each room has access to a balcony to relax on. Good location close to the station. The staff is very professional and always ready to help. Breakfast is varied and has very flexible hours. I highly recommend this hotel for a successful stay in Fukuoka.
