The room was exceptionally clean. I was a bit hesitant because of the low score reviews. They provide the essential amenities however the hairdryer was cold so it may need replacing.

This accommodation is literally an apartment where the toilet paper, towels, soap and shampoo are included. It has all the utilities to cook things yourself. It has a coin laundry, which was very helpful.
The property is like three squares from Shinmaruko, and a little longer of Musashi-Kosugi. The location is really nice and quiet because is very residential. If you want to stay here for vacations, is not too close to Tokyo but is quite close to Yokohama.

Location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from Kawasaki station and nearby shops like Don Quijote, should you need anything last minute. Beds are unique compared to other hotels. Rooms are small but that is mostly the norm with some hotels in Japan. There isn't much of a view but the room's uniqueness and modern design makes up for it. Only stayed one night but recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to explore Kawasaki area further.

It's not a beautiful city, but it's lively and convenient for visiting Tokyo and Yokohama. Some good shopping around the station area. A great safe nightlife with lots of places to eat (mainly yakiniku and yakitori – though it would have been possible to eat vegetarian)..

Kawasaki seems far but is really 1 stop from Shinagawa on the express trains which runs frequently. 4 stops on the regular train. It's just across from the Tamagawa river which separate Tokyo from Kanagawa.

A decent new hotel in great location next to big hub of public transportation (get on the right rapid train and you can get from Shimbashi station (Ginza) back to hotel within 14min) and huge mall. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I’ll return so many times to Japan due to how wonderful Japan is, and the people. Especially at this hotel: at check in I mistakenly paid JPY300K instead of JPY30K but Mr. Kikuchi at reception kindly gave me back ¥270K. I was and I am soo impressed and thankful to Mr. Kikuchi 🙏. Then at check out I forgot my iPad in the room. When I came back in the evening to get my stored suitcase, the hotel returned it to me while I still didn’t know I’ve left it in room. Thank you so much to the housekeeper of my room. Staff performance at Metropolitan Kawasaki deserve all the brightest stars in the sky 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Kawasaki is pretty peaceful considering how close it is to the big city. I had a local craft beer served by the very brewer, the local izakayas and ramen shops all seemed friendly and delicious. I would happily go back, for more beer and ramen.

One of the great place to stay, not too far from HND airport...
One of the great place to stay, not too far from HND airport, shopping malls, restaurants, discount stores convenience store, etc. It is easy to reach by any train either JR Kawasaki or Keikyu Kawasaki.
I loved this Hotel. Beautiful comfortable room overlooking the river and airport. The restaurant had stopped serving when I arrived but the reception kindly directed me to supermarket a only a few minutes walk away where I could get hot food and wine. They provide a free shuttle bus to the airport which is very good. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Lovely staff, very comfortable and clean. Good choice of lovely food for breakfast and they are quite happy for you to help yourself to a take away coffee
The best onsen hotel close to Haneda airport. Brilliant breakfast, free mini ramen at night, rare and effective natural black onsen with a lot of minerals, and ice cream and yakuruto is free to enjoy after onsen experience! And, did I mention about the Manga library and high tech massage chairs? Honestly, there were so much to do here, we didn't want to leave!
It’s in Kawasaki and only one stop from Yokohama, and close to Haneda. I think it’s an ideal place to be based for sightseeing in Tokyo.
After initial concerns about the quality of the room (it is a bit old and grumpy; the low rating on the booking doesn't add the appeal for this pace), it turned out to be okay, especially for the price. If you need a hotel to sleep in and if you're on a budget but at the same time want your own space, not the hostel style, I would say it is a good option, considering that all other hotels around this area start at least 11k for two (including the discount from booking).
The staff were very accommodating and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay. Also, the hotel is near Kawasaki station, so it wasn’t hard for us to get from one place to another. There are a lot of convenience stores near the hotel, like 7-Eleven and Family Mart. If you want to do some shopping, there’s a mall in front of the hotel, Lazona Kawasaki Plaza. I’d recommend this hotel. Would like to go back again 😊
Good location, not far from JR line station and Keikyu Kawasaki station, in a walking distance. Shops and big deapartment stores in surrounding. They offer free coffee and ramen at night time, yakult in the morning and all time free ice cream. The room was spacious and clean. Good location 40 minutes by train to tokyo Ginza, 10 minutes to Yokohama, 20 minutes to Haneda airport.
The location is close to the train station, grocery stores, and a shopping center. The bed is comfortable and there is a relatively large desk, compared to most business hotels, for working or just putting your stuff. Check-in time is 14:00 and the check-out time is 11:00, which is better than most hotels with a similar price.
Good breakfast, Good Location, one of the nice hotel in the center of Kawasaki Area.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. There are full amenities and not far from the dining zone.
Comfortable for the last night before flight back home. (For who flight from HND. Just 25 minutes from hotel by train.)
Hotel is very close to multipe train lines and only a very short train ride to the heart of Tokyo. This was significantly cheaper than staying in the main areas of Tokyo and just as convienent. Excellent service, super clean and fantastic staff.
When you walk from JR Kawasaki Station towards La Cittadella, you'll find a capsule hotel tucked away towards the back. Inside, there's a large communal bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, which I think is more than enough for a solo trip.
The store’s ,restaurant and bars is near by, love it
Staffs is nice and very helpful and that’s why I love Japan.
They have a laundry room in the 5th floor if I’m not mistaken.
Cozy hotel that near to Kawasaki station love love .
Nice standard high quality hotel. Very very nice and caring staff and can speak English well. Location is the best, right beside the JR Kawasaki station. Walking distance to all major shopping areas and restaurants.
I didn’t try their breakfast because there were so many food choices in the area. The hotel is right next to JR and is surrounded by stores and restaurants. I will stay there again if I visit Kawasaki next time
Location near Kawasaki train station, perfect to reach any point in Tokyo, perfect noise isolation in the room, even though hotel is 15 meters from railway
