Lovely hosts, incredible breakfast, and they accommodated for my vegetarian diet well. Decided to walk into the town from there, not too bad, but was very grateful for pick up by Yuriko in the evening. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Mashiko

I loved to be here ! The staff were very friendly and really welcoming ; i did potter courses ther were really good and the teachers were absolutely charming and knowledgable !

Only in Japan could you find such a lovely hotel on a freeway. Similar to other Fairfield Hotels I’ve stayed in the US in terms of rooms/layout but this one was much more loved. Pristine condition, spotlessly clean, lovely common areas (with microwave, oven, coffee etc - great for families). The staff were beyond helpful and attentive. I stayed there to travel to Mashiko which was a disappointment but this hotel was a lovely bonus.

Very clean with everything I needed included I the room. The staff were very polite and friendly. The location was quiet at night and there are both a supermarket and coin laundry within 5 minutes walk
