I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely respectful, welcoming, and kind, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The hotel is very, very clean, and the room smelled amazing. There is an elevator, which was very convenient, and the location is excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and overall everything about the room and the hotel was comfortable and well-maintained. I enjoyed my stay that I extended it because I felt completely at ease. Everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful fancy hotel with nice staff. There is a smoking room at the main entrance which is great because you're not allowed to smoke in public in Japan except for in designated smoking rooms or areas and there aren't much of those. We had a huge room with our own bathroom and seperate toilet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Wifi was great. The hotel felt very luxurious in comparison with the other hotels we stayed at during our trip through Japan. We made a reservation for a room with a bigger bed and it was perfect. The room has a TV and AC and USB charging ports. We also used the laundry machines. Super happy and satisfied with our stay! :)

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Both Japanese and European food, both high quality. Rooms were tastefully arranged, sufficient space to store luggage and very clean. Osaka has lots of spots worthwhile to visit, like the endless Tennoji malls. Our absolute highlight was the hotel's lounge in the evening to have a drink. Great atmosphere, absolutely gorgeous staff, friendly and caring for their guests. Japan's hospitality at its best!
