Excellent front staff trying to help guests. I asked direction, bud time, and restaurants. They were very helpful with polite and very pleasant manner. Their spa was clean, warm, and relaxing. The breakfast was a little better than other same chain hotels. I was glad that I chose this hotel.

The staffs were super nice and welcoming! They had shower amenities in the lobby that you can bring up to your room to use, the staff even recommended me which product is good ahaha The hotel had lots of Shohei Ohtani memorabilia so it's a good place for fans of his! The single room was spacious and they even gave yokan for each guest :) There were a lot of shopping and food places surrounding the hotel.

Everything was great, really enjoyed my stay in Shizukatei. Room was great and very comfortable, Baths are also great and the surroundings are beautiful and very quiet. They have a transport service and picked me up from the train station, it is just a 10mins drive. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and very high quality. Team was really nice, very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Everything is newly renovated and spotless. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. There are only a few houses for groups in the area. The kitchen is well appointed for self catering. It is very close to Geto Kogen Ski resort and next to an onsen hotel for hot soaking. It is cozy and has a log fire. Our host was exceptional.
