Very nice experience. This is the fifth time I spend my time here. I especially appreciated the cozy onsen, washing all the tiredness out after a long day trip. Besides, breakfast is fantastic. Will come again.

Very clean spacious room. Near station, mcd, and unicus mall. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly, amenities were provided in the morning. It's full unmanned and highly secure. Close to the center and made it easy to look around.

Our second stay here. Very wonderful. Good location, comfortable beds, perfect location, very close to both the main station and SEIBU-chichibu. The breakfast was delicious, though keep in mind, not western style.

The staff was delightful. We came on a very rainy day, so we were a little tired and wet getting there. However, the staff provided us a nice overview of the property with a warm cheerful greeting. They had umbrellas for us to use. I loved all the tourist information in the lobby. We do not speak Japaneses well, but they were very helpful. I felt the modern aesthetics were nice and it was very clean to me. One thing that caught my attention was the toothbrushes they provided were a nice design to hold. This is a funny comment, but I've stayed at many upscale hotels and this little detail was a real delight!

The room was spacious and had free breakfast that was delicious.

Spacious and cozy chalet! There’s hot spring in the hotel too, we had a warm bath which was much needed for the cold weather. It’s on the hilltop, if you are not driving y It might be difficult to get to the hotel, but the view is definitely great! I love the peacefulness.
