Friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

The location overwhelming Murasaki River is beautiful. The staff were friendly and Ms Akane Furumi was really helpful. The fact that she spoke English was a godsend to us non-Japanese speaking tourists.

nice location, amazing hotel. rooms are a little bit outdated

Close to amenities, great staff.

The room was surprisingly spacious. The room even had a little booth seating area with dining table. The beds and pillow were both comfortable. I appreciated the large selection of goodies for the bathroom and the pyjamas came in handy (because I left mine at the previous hotel). The breakfast had a mixture of Japanese and western options. The free drinks served at night were a lovely touch. I felt like the hotel was value for money considering all the little extras that came with it. Finally, the location was excellent, right in the midst of the undercover shopping arcade, and close to the train station and the castle.

I like their nice breakfast with a mix of Japanese and western styles. Also, soft bed at the room really helped me to sleep well !!

Nice position near the station, the room was clean and had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the staff was nice

Beautiful breakfast, great location near train station, friendly staff

I really love the location it's really near the Kokura station and it's not hard too find. You can walk to the department store around that area and also have supermarket. I think it's very convenient. The rooms may be a bit on the small side but because I was staying alone, there was no problem. Safety, cleanliness, and various amenities. There's more than I can use up. If I have a chance to come back to Kokura again. I will definitely come to use the service again.

Awesome location, close to railway station and shopping district.

Super convenient location to the outlets. Very competitive price for a clean, comfortable room.

Breakfast was ample and various. with western and Japanese choises

The location is very good, easy to go the shop

I loved everything about this hotel. Big room and bathroom, massage chair was a bonus. Breakfast was good value and a good selection of western style food. Dinner at Salvatores on the ground floor was very good. Behind the hotel there are many good restaurants. Try Sukesan udon restaurant for a very unique experience and good food. Hotel can arrange for your big luggage to be sent on to the next hotel for a very reasonable price. So good not to lug suitcase on the train etc. All sorts of shops at the station and around the hotel

The hotel is very new, everything was very clean. I liked the included breakfast, there was a choice of different meals that were made at the moment.

①Leather mattresses offer excellent comfort, but they may produce some noise when turning over ②Curry and bread are both highly enjoyable, and the milk tea is equally delightful.

Extremely good ambience, food and facilities. Staff attitude is also so receptive! As a solopreneur I'm always looking out for good deals on hotels and this one is just amazing. Feels like staying at a friend's home. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, Ideal for most visitors.

- perfect location - staff are friendly and professional. They are just efficient - room is clean and spacious

The size of the room was a standout...huge by Japan standards. The Bathroom was massive with separate shower room and toilet. Very comfy beds and tasteful decor throughout the room and complex. Check in was smooth and the location is a 5min walk from Kokura station.
