The place is incredibly beautiful with view to the lake. The room has the nice hot bath + the public onsen of the hotel. The Breakfast is very good with an option of traditional or western. The staff was very helpful. We had great time

The place is ran by a family and has a very warm and welcoming hospitality. This was our first night in Japan and we felt like we had a great fortune with this place. They provided us with important information for the rest of our trip and insisted for us to check the Onsen which was great after the long flight. 10/10. There's no lift but the staff is taking your luggage up the stairs - only 2 floors.

A very comfortable, surprisingly spacious and well designed trailer home. Good firm beds with nice linen. A peaceful spot but very close to the lake, lots of cafes and convenience stores and good Ei Coin laundry. The use of the onsen at Granvillage Toya Daiwa ryokan was a plus. A great base to explore Nisiko ski areas and take the Annupuri gondola and a hike. Noboribetsu and Jigokudani make another good trip too. The nightly fireworks on Lake Toya are fun.

What a beautiful hotel!! Our bedroom had views to the lake, it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the onsen was amazing. We were lucky, at the time we went my daughter and I had the whole onsen to ourselves.

It’s very spacious for 2 people. Loved the location across from the lake. The owner met us at arrival and was very nice and explained places to go. He speaks some English and was easy to understand. It has everything you need for a holiday. We went for a hike to explore the ruins of the Mount Usu eruption which was interesting.
