Super friendly staff, location near castle park and station. Restaurant next to lobby served an excellent breakfast buffet for a very reasonable price.

Amazing location, amazing host, very clean and an amazingly comfortable and surprisingly modern apartment/room. Special mention go to the breakfast, which was a delicious home-cooked meal, and a personal tour by the host around town with insights into the history, culture and people of this underrated town, plus some personal introductions to the neighbours. Staying here will make this small friendly and extraordinary town seem so much more warm than it already is, I will definitely come again. Also don‘t make the mistake I made and only stay one day, there is too much to do and see here !

Amazing place with great breakfast. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the public onsen, as they don't allow tattoos in it. But we were offered a privat onsen, that we got to use for free as hotel guests.

The rooms are huge. Those who have travelled around Japan would know that most hotel rooms are the size of a shoebox, but this had more an apartment / western hotel feel. The room has a two seater couch, a 70” TV, two king single beds, a wet room featuring a hot tub (with jets), a dedicated toilet, automatically retracting black out blinds, adjustable beds, stand-alone AC, mood + automatic lighting, fridge, convection oven, and a well equipped bathroom (which included a Dyson hair dryer). I stayed in two rooms, and they were essentially identical. Located a short drive from a Family Mart and McDonalds. Free off-street parking. Quaint eating area for breakfast, although meals look like they are prepared offsite. There is a service balcony in the rooms you can access if you’re a smoker, but you wouldn’t spend time out there.

Staff was amazing, they prepared a email in advance and had all info printed for me again as well on arrival day. Check in was smooth. The room is huge, jacuzzi on the terrace, big bathroom. Food can be ordered 24 hrs. , excellent food by the way & very good Cospa too. Breakfast included and choices here as well. Parking 🅿️ on site for free. Did I mentioned the welcome drinks in the fridge or the small show in front of the balcony ? Real amazing stay and the most helpful staff I have met recently. Goodbye greetings when I left.

The hotel is located in close vicinity to the train station. The room staff was friendly and supportive. A highlight was the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of Japanese and Western style food. The room size was typical for a Japanese business hotel. The price was more than fair!
