The rooms are huge. Those who have travelled around Japan would know that most hotel rooms are the size of a shoebox, but this had more an apartment / western hotel feel. The room has a two seater couch, a 70” TV, two king single beds, a wet room featuring a hot tub (with jets), a dedicated toilet, automatically retracting black out blinds, adjustable beds, stand-alone AC, mood + automatic lighting, fridge, convection oven, and a well equipped bathroom (which included a Dyson hair dryer). I stayed in two rooms, and they were essentially identical. Located a short drive from a Family Mart and McDonalds. Free off-street parking. Quaint eating area for breakfast, although meals look like they are prepared offsite. There is a service balcony in the rooms you can access if you’re a smoker, but you wouldn’t spend time out there.

Staff was amazing, they prepared a email in advance and had all info printed for me again as well on arrival day. Check in was smooth. The room is huge, jacuzzi on the terrace, big bathroom. Food can be ordered 24 hrs. , excellent food by the way & very good Cospa too. Breakfast included and choices here as well. Parking 🅿️ on site for free. Did I mentioned the welcome drinks in the fridge or the small show in front of the balcony ? Real amazing stay and the most helpful staff I have met recently. Goodbye greetings when I left.

The hotel is located in close vicinity to the train station. The room staff was friendly and supportive. A highlight was the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of Japanese and Western style food. The room size was typical for a Japanese business hotel. The price was more than fair!

Check in was smooth. The rooms were simple, exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. They had slippers, a robe, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast was served quickly and was tasty. Overall, good value for money and I would stay there again.

The hosts were great. They speak English well. The lady gave me a ride to a restaurant she recommended end picked me up after dinner. I wish that I would visit this area more often. That would be an excuse to visit them again. Well recommended.

Usuki is not on the main tourist route but definitely worth...

Usuki is not on the main tourist route but definitely worth a trip. I feel that Usuki needs to do more to promote this area. It is filled with history and unique places to explore. The Stone Buddhas are an amazing thing to see. Near the Yunosato Hotel there are several impressive displays to see. The Usuki Castle ruins is interesting and gives you some of the early history. The town itself is walkable and they have a good map to help you get around. We ate at the hotel as we were only in Usuki for 1 night. Things close down early so you may want to do the touring during the day.
