The facilities were immaculate. We stayed here as a family with young children and while I quickly realised this was an "adult" hotel on arrival, the staff had put away the extras (condoms etc) so on arrival they weren't on display. The rooms (we booked 2 rooms) were beyond anything I have seen in Japan, huge spacious room with a massive bath, massage chair, HUGE bed and facilities beyond what we needed or expected. A short walk from the metro station, 7/11 across the road and walking distance to supermarkets and takeaways and restaurants. We had an issue with our TV and the staff were quick to fix it and have everything sorted for us.

I like family mart, seven, sugi drugstore and aeon are nearby to the hotel. It close to the residential area where it is very nice and quiet.

Room was clean and fresh, staff were polite and helpful. Great location to the train.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located near Kawachi-Matsubara Station. There’s convenient luggage storage, and from the station you can take the express train — just one stop to Tennoji — where you’ll find Don Quijote, Ichiran, and many shops for last-minute purchases before heading home. The room is small but cozy and well-lit, with a heated toilet seat and daily towel replacement (they hang a fresh towel on your door every day). Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

The staff were amazing and told me about local shops made me feel at home would recomend anyone stay here. Great value and only 10mkns by train to Namba station.

The train station is just a few minutes walk away, and there are several restaurants nearby too. The hotel breakfast was comparable to other hotels, but the staff were really helpful.

The team was really nice and helpful every time, and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was tasty.

All the staffs were exceptionally friendly! they greeted everyone with a smile and made us feel welcomed. the location was superb, just a minute walk from the Tennōji Station, and there's a lot to do in the station alone! wish we had more time to spend at the area. we chose this hotel because it had a direct train to the airport, and we had an early flight to catch. now, we wished we stayed longer :)
