This is a nice place to stay far away from the main city centre and if you like silence and solitude this is one of the places. Security was very good.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at because the suites offer flexibility with its own kitchen and dining area. The facilities offer swimming pools and gym, also a restaurant. The staff serve with a smile and everything is accommodated, including courtesy cars to the village outlet ! Amazing place, I will definitely be booking their facilities in the future.

Super friendly management and staff. I inadventently arrived at their sister hotel down the road at 5am and they kindly arranged free transfer an check-in to the correct location. Highly secure premises just across the road from police compound and within short walking distance to the Village and many UN offices in the area. Room was spotless clean, comfortable huge bed, balcony terrace overlooking a peaceful garden, and warm shower. Highly recommended

Warning! This hotel looks better than pictures show! It is very comfortable with great breakfast and heated pool. It has everything that 5star hotel should have. Staff, especially Pitu and William who were very friendly and made our stay even better. We shell be back 100%

Novotel was very conveniently located. Service was excellent right from the security guards, Valet parking, baggage checking, Reception, and room service. Rooms are spacious, decor is beautiful and entire hotel is very beautifully designed and maintained. Breakfast offered an excellent wide variety and service was excellent. All staff were courteous, polite, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi for vacation, business or short stay.
