The owner is very hospitable and friendly. Has broken English but excellent host. The common area veranda place where meals are served is peaceful overlooking a little farm of sorts with a cow, chickens, ducks, a cat in an open field. The meals served are very good. Location is up the hill from Arslanbob center but they came and picked us up. Also close to the waterfall trail and eventually into the walnut forest. Peaceful place. I recommend.

This is a completely modern facility in Arslanbob. The separate quarters from the host family contains a bedroom, a bathroom and a modern kitchen. There is a bigger living room with bedding in case of more guests. The breakfast is very generous. The hosts are very nice. They can provide you dinner for about $5.

I had such a wonderful stay here with an incredibly kind and welcoming family. Both evenings I was invited to join them for dinner in their beautiful outdoor garden, which made me feel right at home. The hosts are connected with CBT and have a wealth of knowledge about the area—they were happy to share advice and tips about hiking routes and local life. The guesthouse itself is in a perfect location: just a short walk from town yet close to the trailheads for exploring the mountains. Everything about my stay felt genuine and warm—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Arslanbob.

We appreciated the warm welcome at Panorama Guesthouse with free tea and sweets on arrival. The owner kindly explained how to get to the Big Waterfall and even shared his hotspot with us since there is no WiFi. We were also offered dinner — it was okay, but felt overpriced with portions that were quite small, and breakfast was very basic as well. What we really appreciated was the owner’s kindness: in the morning he gave us a ride to the bus stop at 6:15 a.m., saving us a 2 km walk.

Amazing new place outside the city. Place had alotnof upcoming plans and alot of good potential. Owner is very friendly and will help you out with anything you need. Amazing home cooked food available also. In a nice quiet local neighborhood too.
