The room and bathroom were very clean, and comfortable. The location was good, walking distance to lots of restaurants but not too busy/loud. We got a welcome drink (cocktail of our choice) at the rooftop bar which was very good!

I am stayed in Orussey Hotel not a one time, I am living in Seam Reap and for any business travel should plan my travel via Phnom Pen. Was around 6 time in that hotel in that year, was some small minuses, but in big view , for Cambodia that Hotel very nice in regard of price and cleanest, staff are very hospitality, pool is ok, bar at the pool with good view and taste Coctails.

Location (very close to whatever one might need: tourist attractions, supermarket, laundrette, restaurants, bars & clubs), friendly, discrete & helpful receptionists, reasonable price, comfortable beds, was allowed to use the swimming pool of the sister hotel nearby, for free (and with 10% discount on food & drinks by the swimming pool skybar) and to bring my bicycle in the hotel for safety at night, A very good place for a longer stay in Phnom Penh.
