The staff is very friendly and welcoming; there is someone who helps you with the baggage. The hotel is a renovated traditional Lebanese house, which lets you experience travel in time in the mountains. It's a very nice escape from the heat in the summer. The rooms are clean, and the room service is fast. I recommend staying there!

The hotel is a true escape surrounded by beautiful nature. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options. The location is peaceful yet very close to the city, making it deal for both relaxation and convenience. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay.

Did not take breakfast, so cannot comment, but room service was delivered quickly and the food was excellent. The room was huge, as was the bathroom, well-equipped, clean, comfortable and with stunning view of the mountains from the veranda. The staff could not have been more helpful or more pleasant.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Out door seating. Location top of mountain was very suitable for summertime. Not so far away from brumana.

The location is very convenient as it is in the midpoint of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was very spacious, and the jacuzzi was great. Loved the complimentary fruit basket.

The room met my expectations. Coming from Canada I have certain standards including of staff. The team at The Cosmopolitan were wonderful. In particular a shout out to Raphael, Michel, and last but not least Dallal - totally customer centric, polite and professional. Would stay again and would recommend.
