My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon and had an amazing time at Villa ArthurCC. The beautiful surroundings, right in front of the beach, were breathtaking and very romantic. You could watch the sunset right from your doorstep. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The owners and hotel manager, Darrell, was particularly friendly and made sure we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious and a highlight of our stay.

Olinda Galle is by far the best hotel I have stayed in in Sri Lanka so far. The rooms and spaces are really beautiful (much nicer than the photos!) and the staff is really the sweetest and most attentative. They attend to your room once or twice a day, and I was surprised to see that everytime i came home in the evenings, they had prepared the mosquito net and bed for me. 🥹 The staff are always one step ahead in helping, but also stay in the background in a way which dont make you feel like youre constantly bombarded with questions or conversations unless you want to. As a solo traveller who needed some time to relax and recharge, it was absolutely perfect and I really appreciated it. The pool is really nice, with a good size and temperature. The outside area is intimate and relaxed, with wild monkeys playing in the trees above. Really good shading options, which was nice in this heat. Location is great - 5 min tuktuk to the Fort or Railway station (300-400 lkr) or a 15-20 minute walk. As someone else said, if I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Would highly reccomend and definitely stay again. Thank you so much 🫶🏾

Lovely , comfortable hotel , perfect location in Fort Galle next to the ocean. Very arty , lots of ambience. We were checked in and looked after by Shakila and are very happy with all her assistance.All staff members are very kind and professional. Beautiful restaurant with very good food. For healthy and delicious breakfast we can sincerely recommend Coco and Date .

Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Our stay at the Dormero Hotel in Sri Lanka was nothing short of amazing! The staff here is truly the best we have ever encountered – attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. Sea Star Boutique Hotel - a very nice new hotel on the beach. Enjoyed my stay in the beach hotel. I had a very lovely sea facing luxurious room with a balcony. You can hear the waves from ocean which is so nice to fall asleep to. I loved having drinks on the balcony at sunset evening with great view and music. The hotel has an infinity pool and beach loungers with shade. Beach front is great and can have a morning walk jog along the sea. The staff is very professional and helpful ,the food is healthy and tasty. I look forward to visiting again with family in the future.

We celebrated a special wedding anniversary with a stay at Sun House. A beautiful heritage colonial mansion, tastefully renovated as a boutique hotel. Gayan and team could not have been more helpful. We were treated to a beautiful room, the food was excellent, cocktails were unique, and absolutely everything is made in house by the team. Beautiful pool on the grounds and a pleasant 10 minute walk into the fort (or a tuk tuk can be arranged). Would highly recommend staying here.
