This was the highlight of our holiday. Don't hesitate, just book it and you won't regret it. Staff were extremely kind, caring, helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Luxurious touch in service and surrounding garden and restaurant area. Food was excellent, try their Sri Lankan menu! Also the view was amazing. This was the best place we stayed in during our three week trip. We have already recommended Chill Ville to our friends. We will be back.

Absolutely blown away by the accommodation. The view is breathtaking overlooking the valley. Waking up to this view was one of the highlights of our trip. Rooms were great, mosquito nets around beds are appreciated. Good AC. Pool and Yoga offerings are great. Great food

We had a perfect stay at Iddyl Cottage Ella! Everything was perfect: the room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. The staff was very kind and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable, helping us with tuk-tuks, organizing excursions, arranging taxis, giving restaurant recommendations, and even assisting with small needs like adapters or bottled water. The homemade breakfast was delicious and very generous! Served on the terrace of our room, it was a real treat every morning. This accommodation was the highlight of our trip to Ella, and we can’t recommend it enough!

The host speaks english well and is very accommodating. The A/C is effective and silent. The room comes with a fridge. The place is clean (apart from moldy bathroom corners which seems to be in every accommodation in Sri Lanka we stayed at).

Super friendly host. I was there during the nationwide storm, while the train tracks were closed and also busses were cancelled due to landslides and floodings. But he really helpled me out, made some phone calls and tried help me continue my travel. Strongly recommend! Also great view :-)

We loved everything about this accommodation. It felt super luxurious, and so CLEAN! It had only been open for a few days/weeks before we stayed so everything was so nice and new. It felt like so much care had gone into even the little things, such as bamboo toilet roll, lots of little amenities like nice body wash & shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste, bottled mineral water etc. The property is beautiful and the views from the balcony and the shared terrace is breathtaking. Unsure if we will find a better stay in Sri Lanka. The breakfast (included in the price) might have been the move impressive we have had. A mixture of fruits, yogurt & granola, pancakes, eggs, toast! Lastly the staff are so lovely, accommodating and really attentive. The main street in Ella is only a 15 minute walk away also. It is more expensive than other stays but you can see why when you arrive! 10/10 loved :)
