We were very glad that we picked this apartment out of a couple of other options. At first, upon arrival, we had our doubts. The house is an old soviet building and it didn't look very promising. But when we came inside, we saw right away that it's a very nice place. The apartment is not super flashy, but very tasteful, modern looking. It is equipped with quality furniture and appliances, and it's designed for comfortable stay. Very clean. Great lighting scenarios. Good water pressure. The bed and the sofa are comfortable. We were 4 people and there was enough space for all of us. I wouldn't recommend the apartment for a larger group, but 4 people fit in perfectly. The location is in the center of the town - food joints and groceries just around the corner. We also had a nice walk along the Šeimena stream (with several very pretty bridges across). We hope the apartment is available next time we travel through the area.

This was the second time I stayed at Villa Ievyne and I loved it. We were a group of six with three kids and three adults. The foosball game was a HUGE hit! The kitchen allowed us to cook all of the food we needed for the trip, and we really appreciated the washing machine and clotheslines. Having two bathrooms and two showers was great too! The Villa's location near Vilkaviskis was very convenient for visiting nearby family. It's location on the lake was perfect for a fun day of water activities. Beds were very comfortable as well. The hosts were very kind and very easy to reach. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back!

Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was truly amazing - very rich with one of the best coffees i’ve tried. Slept like a baby on a most comfortable mattress. Oh and i loved the view and the size of the room. Me and my wife we took the biggest room (40 sq m) on the 8th floor - worth every penny 😉 Cheers.
