Very good breakfast buffet. Coffee was constantly refilled. The location was very good, everything within walking distance. Beautiful city

Very close (5 min) to the railway station, it wa s clean and wide (spacy), warm beds and big wide windows that open (looking to the street). Upon checkout, the receptionists were very friendly and offered us to leave our luggage in the hotel until we walk around the city and the time for the bus comes.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zurich. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was comfortable, well-maintained, and very clean. I especially appreciated the calm and relaxing environment after a day of exploring the city. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to reach many places around Luxembourg. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ✨

all was great location / staff / cleaning

Room was nice, clean. We didn't use breakfast service. Location was great, hotel was 2 min away from central train station and 7-10 min walking distance from center of the town.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though we were late for breakfast that day, they put some stuff back for us to have a meal since we have just arrived on an early morning flight and were really hungry

Best view from the room (we have one of suites). The room was clean and well furnished. We do enjoy the kitchen and living room. The location is perfect for calm city walks.

Easy checkin-out was very easy, no hassle. The room were very comfortable, especially the pillows ;really soft

A new hotel, in a historic building, with great service, very friendly staff and very well located.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All their attitudes were positive and helpful. We bought some things from the Christmas markets and they helped us have these items posted home.

Staff was very frendly and helpful

The central location was perfect. The lady at reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was big and very warm. Bed was very comfortable. Room had huge windows you can see the city lying down in your bed.

Review of thurs 28.12.23: Room 502 Hotel Grey Luxembourg. Quant hotel open 24 hours. Right across from the main train station. The room was modern with a safe, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, and built-in wall radio Rooms with modern decor and quiet. The bathroom was nice with a big shower. The reception staff Sabir was very helpful. Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have breakfast. Thank you very much in the Luxembourg language: French: Merci
