Gite d'etape ziz oasis was a lovely, quiet place to stay. The family were so kind and welcoming. We felt very much at home. The family helped to make our stay comfortable and peaceful. We were welcomed with coffee, mint tea and snacks when we arrived. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Breakfast and dinner served at Gite d'etape ziz oasis was excellent, delicious and prepared with care. Gite d'etape ziz oasis is an interesting place to stay. We loved walking around the small village and along the creek and river beds. It was great to experience a Moroccan village away from the tourist scene. This was our favorite accomodation on our 2 week trip through Morocco. Authentic casbah, absolutely amazing scenery (you can walk through the oasis, it's like in paradise) and very knowledgeable, hospitable and friendly owner. We would definitely come back.

Great location - very well sign-posted from the main road. Quiet area. I was there for one night. Saw the hosts briefly who were welcoming but didn't have much interaction after that. Beautiful view of the valley. Comfortable en-suite room - there was a dressing table and small wardrobe.

If you are looking for something traditional in a beautiful setting then look no further. A lovely warm welcome and made to feel at home. The evening meal was the best I have had in Morocco.
