The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were always available and very welcoming. They kindly accommodated my early check-in at 4:30 a.m., making my arrival smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—walkable and close to everything, so no transportation was needed. Communication was fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

the hotel is splendid. the room is perfectly clean and isolated from the outside sounds. it was relaxing ! the location is also very good (near from the médina, grand mosque and royal garden).

The staff at the reception were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location everything is nearby, including shops, cafés, and other places. The room was clean and had air conditioning and hot water.

Amazing and spacious room and comfy beds. It was good to find two water bottles in our room, especially in summer. The hotel is in a very good location close to the city centre. The breakfast was very good. I strongly recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Tour Hassan Palace in Rabat. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome from the manager, Miriam. She immediately made us feel comfortable and truly cared for. We were even surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made our stay extra special. During our stay, we were spoiled with delicious treats and every single day the staff kindly asked if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. That personal attention really meant a lot to us. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, including the team at breakfast. The breakfast itself had a wide variety of choices and everything was fresh and well prepared. What makes this hotel special is not only the comfort and service, but also the atmosphere the staff creates. They make you feel genuinely welcome, almost like family. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rabat.

Beautiful and clean Riad with wonderfully friendly staff. Ali was one of the nicest host we meet during our trip. The windows overlook the medina, allowing you to hear the lovely hustle and bustle of local life in the morning. Great location. Highly recommended

My third stay at Smart Hotels Agdal Rabat and it keeps getting better every time! The location is perfect literally a few steps from the train station and mall.The staff are exceptional. Yasmine and Asma at reception are always warm, professional, and super helpful with everything I needed. Ashraf in the restaurant is outstanding incredibly friendly with genuine 5-star service (sorry if i forgot the other names).
