I stayed for two nights and was truly impressed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and the whole hotel was spotless with great attention to detail. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with a curated variety of options. We also had dinner there both nights and really loved the authentic Italian cuisine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — we would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Moussa at reception was friendly and professional. He suggested really nice restaurant opposite to children play area for our daughter. He is star of this hotel. Security man was always helpful. All of their staff is very polite. Location was good too. Great for families. Highly recommended.

The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed, and fully equipped kitchen. I’d just like to say a massive Thankyou to Sofian who went above and beyond for me when he got up at 5am to assist me to get a taxi to the airport in the rain! Everything was good. Location, 10 min. walk to Medina and CTM bus station. Nice, super clean room. I got free upgrade to bigger room on the last floor with panoramic views of Rif Mountains. Good A/C, fridge, perfect bed, large wardrobe. Nice bathroom with hairdryer. Polite, helpful Reception (speaking English) and staff. Lift. Free breakfast in nice restaurant. Good WiFi speed..
