The food was maybe the best I've had in 10 months in Madagascar, and the location is literally on the beach. The accommodation was comfortable and modern and the service was friendly and efficient. La Bella Donna feels more Western than other Malagasy hotels and because of that lacked a little character. But that should not detract from what is a fantastic a place to stay. It's also very easy to organise activities, such as snorkelling, from the hotel.

Facing the beachfront, Sunset Madiorano offers 2-star accommodations in Tuléar and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area.
