This vacation was a gift to our parents for their 40th marriage anniversary, and it was everything that we wanted and more. Rooms are very specious and incredibly clean( with every day room/cleaning service offered). Staff of the hotel went above and beyond to meet their needs and our requests regarding room decoration, romantic dinner etc. Management and staff contacted me daily to make sure our parents have everything day need… and they did and more! Ilce was our guy:) and worked so hard to make them feel like at home! Communication was amazing. Breakfast was great as well as anything from their beautiful restaurant. Location of the hotel is stunning- right on the lake, little town where hotel is located called Struga is so charming and peaceful with plenty beautiful restaurants and stores. Ohrid is bigger town but just minutes away from the hotel! We are all going back to this peace of paradise!Thank you Mirage! Well done

We stayed in the Paris room, which was a good size for a family of 5. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant below serves delicious seafood dishes at reasonable prices, and the staff was very kind. The lake was just in front of the hotel and it was magnificent to swim in it, especially in the morning. We are looking to return next summer and stay longer.

    Struga is very pretty. It has the lake and the river. Lots of interesting walks. The church in the cave is a must see. We used it as a base to do some day trips, which was great. Cheap and great food options. Shame there wasn’t sunny days, as everyone had been out the previous days at the beach.

    Struga town has nothing to offer, out of camping sites...

    Struga town has nothing to offer, out of camping sites during summer. The city of Ohrid which lies 16 kms away, was interesting and a nice place to spend some time. We had to drive all around the lake or take the daily cruise from Ohrids harbour.

    Actually, there is nothing to do in the very place, because it is a small town. It is true that it is located near the Ohrid airport, closer than the city of Ohrid itself. If you want to relax by the lake and take a walk around the city, you will probably find this place too charming. Good, but not fascinating.

    Beautiful multi culture town, many restaurants with traditional Macedonian food, many churches and mosques around, many villages you must visit like Kalista and Radozda, also go to vizit Vevcani, climb to Gorna Belica or ride a bike in the mountains,you must see the phenomenon of runoff Ohrid Lake in the river Crn Drim.

    Disappointing hotel. The price is unrealistically high for the rooms and the quality they offer. The hotel seems to be understaffed. The lake view is very good, but apart from that the hotel does not deserve the five star rating. The stuff at the reception was very nice and polite, trying to solve all our requests.

    Clean room, additionally equiped with water machine and free coffee for quests. We had all we needed. Fantastic owner, very friendly and open. About 1km to the lake and a beach and a market. 2km to the beautiful cener o Struga, pubs, restaurants and a taxi rang.
