The service was excellent. The great location meant the views were fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely be back, especially in winter, as the ski lifts are just a 3-minute walk away!

Amazing service from the hotel staff. We had about 30 people show up during their off season and they were more than able to accommodate us and provide excellent coffee and food.

The room is small, nothing fancy, but you don't go to Mavrovo to stay in a room anyways. Very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We checked-in earlier than we were supposed to and we had a blast. I imagine in the winter it's even more interesting, but I highly recommend it for a summer weekend trip.
