The highlight of my stay was definitely the reception staff; they were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a full English spread, fresh fruit, muesli, juices, tea, and coffe... truly everything you need. We really liked our short stay in San Karlu. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially girl in the reception, Mayar. Rooms were nice and clean. Rooftop pool area was also really nice.

We were staying at this hotel "off season" and it exceeded out expectations. Price-quality off season is simply unbeatable. Very spacious rooms, extremely clean facilities, daily cleaning of the rooms, bar and gaming room downstairs, complimentary spa (open until 19:00), I mean everything was really perfect. Also the personnel is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Rooms are excellent value with modern technology and good styling. Pretty big too! Brenda was lovely to deal with and made it easy to access the room as my flight was after check in desk was closed. Location is upmarket, plenty of shops and bus access and not too far a walk from St Julians, but much quieter than staying directly there. I'll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here, the rooms were clean, nice breakfast and the indoor pool was the perfect temperature. They also have an underground parking facility. What I liked most about the hotel was the staff, very nice and helpful. Would recommend.

The hotel is nice and small, quiet and in a great location. The view from the pool area over the bay was just stunning. The breakfast was really nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable which I find very important. I also liked the carafe of fresh water in the room instead of bottled water.
