Everything was nice! From the staff to the design of the hotel. We loved the swimming pool and the food too.

The staff was excellent. The manager and the girls were outstanding.

The locality was absolutely fantastic. There are plenty of bus stops around the hotel. Personel was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was ready for all types of travellers (salami, eggs, yoghurt, cereals, toasts, cheese, croisant, bread,....). It was served from 7 to 10, what is perfect. I didn´t prepay for another meals, but I ate in the downstairs restaurant for three times and the meals were delicious and portions were BIG. Although, it is beach restaurant, not a luxury one. The prices were bit lower in comparison to ones I payed for meals in another restaurants in Malta. The nearby beach is perfect also for families with little children - there is quite a piece of shore with water not very deep. There are also other facilities around the hotel: swimming pool, playgrounds, seaside promenades.

The staff was very nice and the location is very good as well as the view is really recommended.

Great location, clean room, excellent communication.

Great, small boutique hotel, with quiet terrace and pool due to a small number of rooms on the hotel. Very nice breakfast, and responsive helpful staff. Ferry stop to Valletta is just 100 meters away. Water coolers on every floor is a nice little touch. Warmly recommended!

Self check-in, very clean and comfortable

Lovely place, the location is excellent, close enough to anything of importance, with a great view and also quiet. Unlike most other places it is designed and firbished with thought & taste. Minimalistic and utilitarian, but also cosy. Even though we stayed for only one night it definitely made a great impression. Possibly one of the best sleeps we have ever had - the bed felt like a fluffy cloud...

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to cliffs and megalithic temple complexes, which can be reached via a wide walkway, illuminated at night. The rooms were very nicely furnished and spacious. Everything I could need was there. The entire staff was very nice, accommodating and helpful. They advised me on everything. The food and service in the restaurant was beyond expectations, I had an excellent breakfast with a sea view and a great dinner.

Location, rooms, breakfast and friendly staff. Everything was top.

Brilliant location, stunning views, garden, pool. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Food was delicious.

Everything was perfect. The room was lovely and comfortable, the location in the centre is wonderful, everything is at walking distance (public transport is very well organized) and still silent inside. Breakfast is absolutely delightful. Staff is friendly and professional and do everything to make you feel even more comfortable. Special mention to Maria and Alvin, who welcomed us, but everyone was equaly attent.

I had a fantastic stay at The Cumberland by NEU Collective. The hotel is modern, elegant, and exceptionally clean. My room was quiet, spacious, and well-designed, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were professional, kind, and always available to assist. I also really enjoyed the breakfast — great variety and quality. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Overall, a relaxing and high-quality experience. I would definitely stay here again!

At 1st we assumed we would be getting a small clustered room since rooms in hotels located in the City Centres are usually typically that size, BUT this place was amazing and Hospitality is 20/10. We were welcomed and Alex greeted us and also helped us to get comfortable after a long flight journey, and gave us an option to have Breakfast. I Highly recommend this place 🥰

Incredible little hotel that just is perfect in every way ……soooooooo quiet even on the first floor overlooking the road . Few mins from everything . Great breakfast …scrambled egg bacon sausages yogurts cold meats etc . Staff are so attentive . Fresh bottles of water in rooms …tea and coffee ….just wonderful loved it and such great value

My complements to the staff... all of them! A Special thanks to Mr Mayar whom found our missing things and sent them to us in UK. The cups have just arrived this morning and we are truly gratefull. We have noticed the staff has an unique kindness. That is something 5☆!!!!

Amazing hotel, like a mini Riad with lots of character Super comfy and beyond good value. Owners couldn't be more helpful.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Birgu. Will be back to this place soon..!!! Tank you very much for everything Martina !!!🌞🤍

Everything, staff super helpful and friendly especially Clara. The tour of the Lodge was so informative. We loved staying somewhere where the owners cherished the heritage of the buildings. Definately NOT a cookie cutter hotel.

Perfect location, the family is very friendly and makes you feel at home from the first minute. Would recommend everybody to stay here when visiting Malta.

We spent three days in the apartment at the highest floor (room #13), which has a stunning view of the neighboring city and the harbor. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable —some of the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. The breakfast is served in a small room, but everything was very tasty and well prepared. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely quite atmosphere. Room is cleaned up every day. The location is good and the area is peaceful and quiet. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ferry to Valletta, although it is worth noting that even during the high season, the ferry does not always run every 30 minutes, so you have to check timetable. On the other hand, there are also plenty of bars and restaurants very close by (along the waterfront).

Nos gusto mucho. ❣️ La struttura è moderna e piacevole. Wunderbar! The staff was very friendly.

We were actually the first guests here and felt surprised, happy and honoured at the same time. Although sceptical when I booked as there were no reviews,no previous information and I had no idea what to expect,we were more than happy with the choice. A very new boutique hotel by Tritoni , located in a quiet area, welcomes guests with a very modern design, friendly staff, comfortable bed and everything one needs for a relaxing holiday in Malta. I truly recommend it. Wishing them best of luck and fully booked seasons! 🍀❣️

It was very local, you have a lovely view and the service was absolutely nice!!
