Nice and affordable place to stay in Merida. The rooms have a small kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and clutery which I loved it. The staff was always super friendly and helpful.

un lugar agradable dentro de merida

Super comfy bed. Close to main square. You can book tours directly through the hotel at the same price as everywhere else.

Great place in the city center, with a small rooftop pool and terrace to survive the heat in the afternoon. Very friendly staff and clean rooms with a good AC. Nothing to fault!

new hotel room very comfortable, large and great location of hotel, breakfast fine, reception professional and helpful

Wow what a place! Amazing fairytale like old hotel. The room I was given was huge, felt like a king. Can’t talk about this and your usual modern pokey little 3 x 3 meter claustrofóbic rooms in the same sentence. The ceiling was at least 5 meters high, lots of room to breathe and relax. The swimming pool was amazing, really long and went around the corner as well, you could swim laps in it. The lobby was huge as well and the atmosphere was very relaxing. This is an old hotel, so the style goes with it, it has some old fashioned features, but if you prefer your 3 x 3 meter cubbyhole just to get modern feel, go for it. You are missing out on a sensory and visual experience that this place gives.

The property is so tranquil and feels like a haven from the city’s busyness. The onsen/warm pool is absolutely lovely. They also have the cutest cat family there with adorable little kittens. In regard to staff, everyone we encountered were so attentive and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. But the highlight for us was this man who was the evening/night receptionist - he was so wonderful and friendly! He definitely made our day and night every time we saw him; an absolute gem!

an excellent hotel, I loved it a lot, everything was really good

Excellent place to discover Merida! Very nice and friendly stuff

Great design, soothing space, super pool area

Near the airport, near the center , next to the bus station

Nice location, directly across the ADO bus terminal. The staff is very friendly and check in went smooth. The room is cleaned daily and the ac works well

The stay was great, the rooms were clean and I would like to thank the hotel management for the great hospitality. The staff were very wonderful and helpful and the location of the hotel was excellent.

It has a kitchen and is a really cozy vibe of a hostel, the staff are also really nice too.

What a lovely place. Peaceful and very well equipped.

Clean white sheets. Friendly staff and close to the ADa bus station

Beautiful hotel and very smiling and informative staff. Especially Guillermo at the reception that helped us with a lot of questions in both French and Spanish language.

Really beautiful building, well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was a nice way to begin the day. If I visit Mérida again, I would definitely stay here.

Super close to the bus station, clean and amazing and accommodating staff, did everything to help how they could.

The hotel is located almost on the main square. The room are big and clean. Towel are changed daily, there are spots to open you luggage and some hangers for the clothes. In the structure there’s a bar restaurant with a local offer both for price and food. The staff is very nice. It’s a fair quality for price.

Very cosy, super friendly staff, so many plants. We felt very much at home!

The property is centered around a courtyard with greenery and cute corners where you can read a book and relax. The concierge is helpful, and considerate. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had an excellent stay. Breakfast was good and at a reasonable hour. The rooms are climatized for comfort with a/c, and proper screens to keep our bugs in the case of wanting to have doors/windows open.
