I really wanted to like the property as it looked so beautiful from the pictures, but it fell short of our expectations. In terms of what we liked; the furnishings in the apartment were beautiful & the aircon + wifi worked well. The rooms were spacious & everything was clean. The lighting was lovely & the beds were comfortable.

Basic beach house, great location a block from the beach and a block from the main part of town. Wonderful outdoor space, big pool and a huge terrasse upstairs with nice views. Indoors: good A/C, very comfortable extra-large bed, the bathroom is tiny. The kitchen/living area is comfortable for 2 people but could be crowded for 4. It’s also dark but probably it helps to keep it cool for quite a while in the morning, no need to run the A/C right away. The kitchen is well equipped as far as utensils, glasses, plates and a few pots and pans. Otherwise, it’s a no frills, no amenities.

Great big pool. Staff is very welcoming and nice. Good and cozy restaurant (with live band the day we went). Close to beach if that’s your thing. But the pool and area is awesome - hammocks, bar and private area.

We had great time with our 4 year old. Opening doors into central space was wonderful - with the kids play pool, main pool and hammocks. The cabins are cute and rustic. We were able to cook for ourselves with the hob, microwave and basic kitchen equipment. We stayed two nights but would’ve been happy for longer. Walking distance to beach but we stayed on property mostly because it was so sweet.

The cabins were amazing and really comfortable! They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed is comfy and the net does protect you from any mosquitoes which might have gotten into the room, although I didn’t see any inside (there were many outside, but repellent kept them at bay). The staff was friendly and ready to help, and they lent us beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool was slightly cold, but still quite pleasant and clean! The Wi-Fi works perfectly well for working remotely, and there are sufficient power outlets inside and outside the cabins. On the TV there is Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a temazcal (traditional sauna) which works on scheduled days and can seat large groups. There is no kitchen inside the cabins, but there is a fridge to keep food fresh, and there is a shared kitchenette with an electric stove, near the site’s entrance, and the staff can lend you a pan to cook a quick meal. Hot coffee is prepared and served for free twice a day. There is sufficient, safe, and convenient parking space for all guests, and the staff lends you a little trolley so your luggage can be carried around easily to your cabin without getting soiled with sand. I would definitely recommend it to any traveller, and I will surely come back with my family one day! The property has one pet-friendly cabin only, so if you are coming with your pet it’s worth booking and letting them know in advance.

Arenas del Mar Condos is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything needed to rest and relax. The kitchen has many utensils to cook. The bed is very comfortable, I loved the restroom. The patio is a nice place to relax. Sofas are very comfortable too. It's very close to the beach which we loved! It's easy to find a place to have breakfast and dinner and there are minimarkets around. Staff is super nice and always willing to help.

The cabins were amazing and really comfortable! They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Chuburna Little bit far away from Flamingoinm appt 3 km...

Chuburna Little bit far away from Flamingoinm appt 3 km walking on the beach and only one shop sells fruit. The town has only one taxi but a lot of tuk tuk. People are very friendly, greeting on the street and smiling. Too many advertising of Coca-Cola on the houses, makes the town look Coca-Cola red.
