Everything was lovely at this hotel. All of the staff were wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated and well equipped.

The location was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Having a breakfast included was a great bonus. The staff were lovely and everything was really clean.

We loved the location, which was so close to the Centro Historico of San Miguel de Allende. The hotel itself is beautiful, contemporary, beautiful decor, rooms all around an internal courtyard, small bar in the entrance lobby & gorgeous small rooftop pool/terrace & bar. All of the staff were delightful, always smiling, happy to help, gentle & courteous.

Good News: I had been there many times, had all of my business partners sleeping there, but after the hotel was sold, it had been run down "a little" - so I had not stayed there for many years. Now I had heard that the hotel has new ownership / administration, was renovated and a nice place again, so I tried it with 4 friends (2 rooms) visiting me from Germany, and what a nice surprise: Our rooms were updated, all clean and the whole hotel looked well taken care of again. There is no need to speak about the location, it is just absolute FANTASTIC, what a nice and remarkable space - you will love it ! Everything comes with a price, in this case it is a small one: As you are a little "up the hill" it takes maybe 7/8 minutes walking "down-to-downtown", and uphill I recommend to take a taxi for a few pesos if you are not used to the 2,000 meter above sea-level . . . .BUT the view rewards you, and in my opinion it is fully worth it !!!! THANK YOU for "bringing back" one of the nicest and spectacular hotels in San Miguel de Allende

Loved everything! The hotel was very accommodating and the room was fabulous, comfortable, clean and chic. Great breakfast and excellent location, would highly recommend!
