I like the location, it is close to the most beautiful bridge in the town. Also, the building is very clean and comfy. Warm beds, really beautiful decoration. The blankets, pillows, and towels are really elegant and comfy. It is a great, great place. 100% recommended. The street was animated during the day.

The location is perfect to reach both the historical centre and the more modern parts of Puebla. During our stay the staff was amazing, including during the evacuation caused by a small earthquake!

Nice place, nice personal, really big breakfast for good prize

I think the best part of the hotel is the location. The fact that the hotel is in large parts organized in a US motel style is nice, because it gives the opportunity to leave the car close to the room.

The hotel is so beautiful and colourful. The room was spacious and bright, with ensuite bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the inside of the hotel. The common spaces such as the kitchen, living room and terrace are big and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The internet is stable and fast - I could work from my room easily (online classes). There is coffee and water provided.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and modern

El hotel en general todo excelente

Ubicación excepcional, comodidad y atención del personal.

Location, cleanliness, free private parking and room's size.

Breakfast flavor was a bit on the mid-bad side. Honestly food felt tasteless to me but it did the job to keep me well fed and it didn't have any regretable aftermath

Very nice room, secure garage, kind stuff, safe quiet neighborhood.

Staff is amazing. Rooms are well kept and clean. Breakfast is good. Good location

The location was excellent for what we needed which was easy access to the university, and also to travel to all the local sightseeing spots. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Danny in the restaurant and our lovely cleaner on the second floor.
