Everything was great - location close to everywhere, everyone in the hotel is very nice and helpful, always smiling. They keep the hotel clean, they were cleaning everything even the leaves on the outside plants regularly. I got sick during our stay and they were kind enough to help us get a doctor and since then they kept asking me if I felt any better. You can really see they care about things :) I have not had this experience in years, 100% recommended.

The hotel is very comfortable and the interior is beautiful. The bedrooms are a good size with great air conditioning and the shared kitchen and dining area is such a nice and useful space. Georgina is a really welcoming host; she's so kind and helpful.

The hotel staff welcomes you so kind and friendly that we felt right at home. They gave us all an ice cold wet towel and cold water to cool down after our journey. The hotel is situated perfectly to discover the island. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. And! They smell so nice. We received a bag with beach towels per room. So nice. The breakfast at the oceanfront is so good!! And the staff is always smiling, helping and just great.

Hotel Tierra del Mar was an excellent location to spend our time in Holbox island. The hotel is quite, well organized and always clean. Israel and the staff were super hosts taking care of all our needs; they gave us all the right suggestions and they were always willing to help. I liked a lot the spaces, the room and the hammock.
