I love the dead end road with the beach a short walk away and the marina at the hotel. A lot of what I like about this place has sadly changed. Their water pressure is still good (once we got maintenance to come and change the shower head which was completely blocked) The restaurant view is beautiful. Their beds are very comfortable.

Authentic Mexican environment, delicious traditional Yucatán food, excellent service from all the lovely staff. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it. The view from the room was amazing and it had a hammock! It is 25 mins away from progresso and 10 mins away from the archeological site.

It is a nice small pueblito very authentic to the region and...

It is a nice small pueblito very authentic to the region and mexico fishing town experience. there are lots of projects actively being developed from residences to resort like set ups. I will go back when i am in the merida area again. it is also close the pink sslt harvest xtampu progresso ruins the roads to and from merida appear and seem to be safe well paved lit well at night in many parts. I like it close enough to the circus yet far enough for tranquility.

Telchac Puerto is a very small town, about 35 minutes from Progreso. We went in there 3 times to eat and once to the grocery store. Most of our time was spent in Progreso, as it had so much more to offer.

Showers cold water, food was terrible, almost out of business. Trying to save money on food. Tennis court mesh all ripped. Facilities needs several repairs and upgrades. Lobby restrooms in a very poor condition, not properly sanitized.

Everything. Quiet beautiful with palms whispering all around. A one minute sandy stroll to the Gulf. A gorgeous pool. Charming scrappy Telchac Puerto a walk or bike ride away. Best of all, hosts Jan and Dasha did everything hosts to make my month an easy and delightful sojourn.

One of my favourite stays - really pretty and authentic- especially loved the garden The hosts are really helpful and always answered any questions. Short walk to "Centro" and also to Seahorse hotel (Hotel Caballito Le mar) for food and drinks

The place was just gorgeous and had everything that you would need for your stay. The deck was huge with a lot of furniture to lounge on and an amazing view. 30 mins from Progreso and 5 mins from Telchac Puerto.
